Week 1
Monday - 20 minutes high intensity cv work - treadmill, 5 minute warm up, 1 minute running at incline 10, 1 minute recovery, etc, 4 minute cool-down and stretches.
breakfast - porridge, lunch- cheese and picallili sandwich, snacks - apple,banana, yogurt and blueberries, tea- pork, cauli, carrots, baked potatoes and gravy
Good day, I think - tired, let's see what tomorrow brings, Pilates class in the morning at West Felton so not sure when I'll fit anything in.
