Hmm, day started out in a mad rush and not sure whether I was going to fit any exercise in but finished up okay. Dropped number 1 and 2 and school and number 3 at childminders - headed to West Felton to set up Pilates class. Good class, worked hard. Picked up youngest 2 children and headed home. Playgroup meeting at 12pm - lots to talk about so no time then!
3.30pm - Snack, children, tea, children, bath-time, stories, bedtime - straight out to circuit class at Knockin.
Five hardy committed exercisers turned up to workout so did the workout with them - yeah! fitted in my exercise at last. 60 minute circuit class ought to burn up around 500 calories.
Food - porridge, cheese and picallili sandwich, chicken drumsticks, wedges and peas, snacks- banana, apple, three oatcakes with peanut butter.
Hungry now though so might have some toast before bed. good day, all in all!!
