Wednesday - week 1

Everything going well - got a 3 mile run in this morning with dog (multi-tasking as well, dog walked-tick!)  Worked on computer all day - paperwork for nutrition and weight management clients and dietary analysis for a personal training client.

Going to teach Pilates at Kinnerley shortly last one before half-term holiday next week.  That's when the fitting the exercise in may prove tricky when the kids are off school!

Food - porridge, roast pork and apple sauce sandwich, spaghetti bolognaise, snacks - apple, banana, oatcakes and peanut butter, half a chocolate muffin (by heck, that was nice!)
