Thursday - week one

All good so far.  Another busy day - 2 nutrition clients followed by one personal training client.  Home at 11.30am - sneeked in 30 minute pilates DVD before picking up child number 3 from childminder.  See - you can squeeze in a fitness session anywhere!

Breakfast - porridge, lunch - salad/peppers/carrots/avocado/2 boiled eggs, dinner- bolognaise sauce and potatoes, snacks - 2 apples, 2 bananas, 4 oatcakes and peanut butter.

Beginning to see that meals are a little predictable, may have to shake that up a little next week!
