Monday 13th June
Day with my two youngest children, shopping and pottering about. Did fit a 3 mile run in though, so happy with that.
Food - porridge, half a cheese and onion sandwich (shop bought - full of fat, avoid mayo based sandwiches - still, it was on wholemeal and shared other half with youngest), chicken pie (home-made so not so bad) with mushrooms, leeks and peas, bowl of berries with yogurt, snacks: 1 banana, 2 apples, 6 oatcakes with peanut butter and philadelphia (not together!)
Tuesday 14th June
Pilates class at West Felton this morning - fitted in 15 mins of pilates before class arrived! that's all though, busy afternoon with one personal training client and then picking up the children from 3pm.
Food - porridge, cheese and pickle sandwich, 1 apple, banana, spaghetti carbonera (not the cream and cheese laden version - just eggs and bacon), 3 oatcakes with peanut butter, satsuma
3 fairy cakes - not sure how that happened - a bit hungry and tired before circuit training class!
Wednesday 15th June
Fitted in a fitness session after my morning personal training client -
20 min intensity session on treadmill - 5 min warm up, 1 min @ 12km/h, 1 min @ 10 km/h x5, 5 min cool-down, followed by one set of weights (not two as usual as knew I had a busy afternoon coming up)
30 minutes on the CV machines in the gym - 10 min rowing, 10 min elliptical, 10 min bike - with a client so joined in for a bit of encouragement and competition! He beat me on the rowing machine! I don't usually train clients in the gym so was a bit of a novelty.
Ate a lot today, very hungry, okay though as did workout quite hard.
Food - porridge, 4 ryvita with mackerel pate and a carrot, 6 oatcakes with cheese, carrot, apple, banana and satsuma, chips (fry-lite chips baked in oven), 2 fried eggs and beans. Came home from Pilates class at Kinnerley very hungry so had 2 pieces of toast with honey before bed - or that may have even been in bed!
