Evaluation of Week 4

Lost two pounds this week! Yeah!  Pretty happy with that.  Didn't complete all my training sessions but the ones I did do were pretty good so quite happy.

Diet was good - lots of fruit and vegetables and no particular over indulgences.  I know what my weaknesses are (crisps) and when my danger times are (about 3.30pm after picking up the children) and managed to have strategies in place.  That is to say, no crisps in the house and a healthy snack ready at 3.30pm and made sure I wasn't ravenously hungry at any point.

I am going to introduce some high intensity interval training (HIIT) into my sessions next week and see if that gets things going - will explain all tomorrow - watch this space!
