End of Rest week (week 2)

Well, having officially designated this as a rest and recovery week, I enjoyed the rest of the week very much! Spent time with the family, went to the beach (fantastic hot day, Saturday), walked the dog lots, without feeling any guilt about not training.  And it allowed me to recover from a nasty cold. Sometimes, we lose sight of why we exercise and eat healthily - to feel better - and rest is an important part of exercise!

Anyway, am now writing a plan for next week.  Time to focus and get back to work on the long-term goal (bikini tummy by the summer hols!).  So, I have opened the diary and worked out my time slots for the following week.  I have a very busy week scheduled (four Pilates Classes, one circuit class, and five personal training clients) so will have to be focused.  I need to fit in three runs, two resistance training sessions and two pilates sessions, I think.  So, write it down and follow the plan - here's to next week!
